(More customer reviews)I specifically wanted the item pictured which is the audio350.I received the audio355 which is a totally different headset.The plantronics audio355 make your ears hurt after about 15 minutes of use and the volume control does not cut the sound all the way down.The audio355 is one of the worst headsets I have ever used.
