(More customer reviews)I bought this to use without the over-the-head attachment.I wear it frequently, but take it off when not on calls.It works well but that's after a lot of fidgeting with the ear hook.Feels loose when I tilt my head, but I only do that to test it.Never noticed it being loose when I'm actually on a call.Sound quality is really nice even though it's not in your ear.As for comfort, I don't think I would like it too much if I had to wear it constantly, but for my needs it does fine.
