(More customer reviews)My previous remark was unfounded as I found the instructions on the paperwork I trashed thinking it was the french warranty card.The headphones are sturdy and very reminiscent of my Bose which recently broke.The sound quality is quite good in my office, I will have to check them out on my next flight. They gave me two batteries and they only require one, bonus.They can also be used without noise cancelling so when the battery dies you can still enjoy music, not like the Bose. Overall I say these are well-built, good sound quality, affordable noise cancelling headsets.I will be putting them in my Bose Hard Case instead of the bag they provide.
